Investments Manager

About the role

Revolut’s Treasury team is seeking an experienced Investments Manager to lead model‑based portfolio optimisation and manage fixed‑income portfolios. The role focuses on generating profit while adhering to strict risk limits, supporting the company’s rapid growth and financial strategy.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement portfolio strategies and manage the treasury investment portfolio.
• Monitor and mitigate inherent portfolio risks, including interest‑rate, cross‑currency, and credit risk.
• Enhance the investment management framework and expand the investment and hedging toolkit.
• Build and maintain relationships with originators and interbank partners across France and Western Europe to facilitate deal flow.
• Collaborate with first‑ and second‑line defence teams to ensure regulatory compliance and alignment with internal functions.
• Act as a subject‑matter expert on capital markets, presenting portfolio updates to ALCO and senior management.
• Define, own, and continuously improve investment policies, procedures, standards, and controls.

Required profile

• 5+ years of experience as a portfolio manager or trader in a bank, asset manager, or insurance company.
• Strong understanding of financial mathematics and capital‑market products, especially fixed‑income instruments.
• In‑depth knowledge of French banking regulations related to investment instruments.
• Proven ability to manage interest‑rate, cross‑currency, liquidity, and hedge‑accounting risks.
• Fluent English communication and strong presentation skills.
