About the role
We are looking for a tech‑savvy IT Support Engineer to provide on‑site and remote assistance across our Dublin and Galway locations. You will be the first point of contact for users, turning technical problems into quick, reliable solutions while keeping our Microsoft ecosystem running smoothly.
Key responsibilities
- Deliver hands‑on and remote support for software, platforms, and hardware.
- Investigate and resolve complex technical issues in collaboration with vendors and internal teams.
- Manage service‑desk tickets throughout their lifecycle, meeting defined SLAs.
- Perform desktop repairs, OS troubleshooting, and hardware maintenance.
- Stay up‑to‑date with emerging IT trends and pursue continuous professional development.
Required profile
- Proven experience in technical customer support (desktop) with a record of meeting SLAs.
- Strong communication skills, able to explain technical concepts clearly.
- Willingness to travel between Dublin and Galway and participate in an on‑call rotation.
