IT Systems Administrator – Hybrid, Dublin

About the role

We are looking for an experienced IT Systems Administrator to join our internal technology team in Dublin 2. You will work across modern infrastructure, cloud services, networking and security in a collaborative, fast‑paced environment. The role offers hybrid working arrangements and a competitive salary and benefits package.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and support Windows Server and Microsoft 365 environments.
• Administer Active Directory, Azure AD, DNS, DHCP and Group Policy.
• Support Exchange Online, Intune, SharePoint, Teams and related services.
• Monitor infrastructure performance and proactively resolve technical issues.
• Maintain Cisco and Meraki networking equipment, including switches, routers and wireless solutions.
• Assist with cybersecurity initiatives, patching, firewalls, VPNs and compliance.
• Act as an escalation point for technical support queries.
• Collaborate with third‑party vendors and internal stakeholders.

Required profile

• Strong experience in systems administration within enterprise environments.
• Proven expertise with Windows Server, Microsoft 365 and virtualised infrastructure.
• Solid networking knowledge, including Cisco and Meraki technologies.
• Experience with security tooling, patch management and compliance.
• Ability to troubleshoot complex issues and manage competing priorities.
• Experience with SQL Server and enterprise applications is a plus.
• Exposure to professional services environments is advantageous.
