Junior IT Administrator

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Junior IT Administrator to join our team and support the day‑to‑day IT operations. This entry‑level position is ideal for a recent graduate eager to start a career in information technology.

Key responsibilities

• Deploy and configure IT devices such as laptops, desktops and peripherals.
• Maintain asset inventory and manage software licences.
• Handle user account creation, access rights, onboarding and off‑boarding processes.
• Create and keep up‑to‑date documentation of systems and procedures.
• Assist with configuration and implementation of IT systems and support tickets.

Required profile

• Third‑level qualification in Computer Science or a related field (desirable but not mandatory).
• Strong interest in technology and a willingness to learn.
• Clear, patient communication skills.
• Positive, problem‑solving attitude.
