Junior Recruitment Consultant – Full Training Provided

About the role

Access Healthcare is expanding its recruitment team and is looking for motivated individuals to join as Junior Recruitment Consultants. No prior recruitment experience is required – we provide full training so you can build a career in the healthcare recruitment sector.

Key responsibilities

• Specialise in a niche healthcare market and develop deep product knowledge.
• Own your day‑to‑day activities, from sourcing candidates to managing client relationships.
• Build and maintain trusted relationships with both clients and candidates.
• Be accountable for your own success and earnings.

Required profile

• Minimum 1 year of commercial, customer service, or client‑facing experience.
• Strong desire to progress, earn and develop a career in sales/recruitment.
• Eligibility to work in Ireland (EU passport or Stamp 4 visa).
• Willingness to work onsite in Dublin city centre, Monday‑Friday.
