Market Development Representative – UK & Ireland

About the role
As a Market Development Representative you will generate qualified sales opportunities for DocuSign across the UK and Ireland. Working closely with the Market Development Manager, you will drive outbound prospecting, raise brand awareness and set high‑impact appointments for Account Executives.
Key responsibilities
- Identify and create new business opportunities within an assigned territory.
- Plan and execute multi‑channel outbound campaigns (email, phone, social) to educate prospects about DocuSign’s solutions.
- Maintain accurate prospect data in the CRM system.
- Collaborate with Account Executives to schedule qualified meetings.
- Promote brand and product awareness through regular outreach.
Required profile
- Minimum 1 year of experience in outbound sales or business development.
- Fluent English communication, both written and verbal.
- Proven ability to manage a sales pipeline and follow a solution‑selling approach.
- BS/BA degree or equivalent professional experience.
- Strong organizational and time‑management skills.
