Marketing Manager – EdTech (French fluent)

About the role

Paradox is looking for a hands‑on Marketing Manager to own end‑to‑end campaigns for its EdTech platform. You will work directly on growth initiatives, using AI‑driven tools to execute, measure, and optimise marketing efforts that impact millions of learners.

Key responsibilities

• Design, launch, and manage multi‑channel marketing campaigns without relying on external agencies.
• Leverage AI tools such as Claude, prompt pipelines, and automation platforms to scale execution.
• Analyse performance data across channels, pause under‑performing tactics quickly, and double‑down on winners.
• Collaborate with product, content, and growth teams to align messaging and optimise user acquisition.
• Maintain fluency in both French and English for all market communications.

Required profile

• 3–5 years of hands‑on marketing experience, preferably in a startup or fast‑moving environment.
• Self‑starter attitude with a bias toward rapid execution over perfect planning.
• Data‑driven decision maker who can interpret metrics and act swiftly.
• Comfortable working remotely or from the Dubai office.

Required skills

• Proficiency with AI tools (e.g., Claude, prompt engineering).
• Automation workflow creation and management.
• Fluency in French and English.
