Mechanical Construction Manager – Germany

About the role

We’re hiring an experienced Mechanical Construction Manager to oversee on‑site delivery of mechanical projects within the pharmaceutical sector. The role involves leading teams, coordinating with stakeholders and ensuring that all mechanical works are completed to the highest standards.

Key responsibilities

• Manage on‑site execution of mechanical construction activities.
• Ensure compliance with project specifications, timelines and budgets.
• Coordinate with engineering, procurement and quality teams.
• Oversee installation, testing and commissioning of mechanical systems.
• Maintain health, safety and environmental standards on the site.

Required profile

• 10+ years of experience in mechanical project delivery.
• Time‑served fitter background or Mechanical Engineering qualification preferred.
• Strong understanding of piping isometrics and general arrangement (GA) drawings.
