Night Shift Technicians for New Dexcom Manufacturing Site

About the role

Dexcom is launching its first European manufacturing facility in Athenry and is looking for night‑shift technicians to join the team. The roles cover process, equipment, controls/automation and supervisory functions, supporting a state‑of‑the‑art production line.

Key responsibilities

• Improve production yields, reduce downtime and manage material issues and non‑conformances.
• Perform electromechanical repairs, preventative maintenance and root‑cause analysis on equipment.
• Troubleshoot PLCs, vision systems and robotic automation.
• Lead and motivate a team of technicians (for supervisory positions).
• Ensure compliance with quality and safety standards across all shifts.

Required profile

• Relevant technical qualification or proven experience in process, equipment or automation maintenance.
• Ability to work independently on a fixed night‑shift schedule.
• For supervisory roles, prior people‑management experience.
• Commitment to continuous improvement and safety.
