Outbound Business Development Representative (French Speaking)

About the role

Klaviyo is looking for a French‑speaking Outbound Business Development Representative to join its Dublin team. You will be the first point of contact with prospective customers, helping to shape the company’s go‑to‑market strategy through proactive outreach and collaboration with senior sales colleagues.

Key responsibilities

• Identify high‑potential companies that could benefit from Klaviyo’s marketing technology solution.
• Partner with Mid‑Enterprise Account Executives to design and execute prospecting strategies.
• Develop, test, and iterate multi‑channel messaging tailored to different industries and personas.
• Share learnings and best practices to improve the outbound process across the team.
• Demonstrate Klaviyo’s core values of accountability and effort in daily activities.

Required profile

• At least 1 year of experience in an inbound or outbound BDR role, preferably within a marketing‑technology environment.
• Fluent in French and English, both written and verbal.
• Self‑motivated, goal‑oriented, and comfortable working in a fast‑paced environment.
• Detail‑oriented, proactive, and able to work independently while collaborating with teammates.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
