Parts Advisor

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Parts Advisor to join our Audi Centre in Dublin. You will work closely with the Parts Manager and a friendly team to ensure smooth operations in both the retail and workshop areas.

Key responsibilities

• Assist the Parts Manager with daily duties and stock control.
• Perform vehicle health checks for the workshop.
• Ensure all items are correctly located and manage inventory discrepancies.
• Receive orders, process returns and guarantee same‑day order processing.
• Answer customer calls and provide excellent customer care.

Required profile

• Previous experience in a similar parts or automotive role.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a dynamic team.
• Customer‑focused attitude with a proactive approach.

Required skills

• Practical knowledge of computer systems used in parts management.
