About the role

We are looking for a friendly, reliable Part‑Time Accommodation Assistant to join the housekeeping team at The Metropole Hotel. This position is ideal for anyone entering or re‑entering the workforce who values flexible hours and a supportive employer.

Key responsibilities

• Clean and maintain guest bedrooms, bathrooms, and all public areas to hotel standards.
• Ensure rooms are ready for guests promptly and consistently.
• Greet guests with a smile and provide courteous customer service.
• Follow all Covid‑19 safety procedures and hotel policies.

Required profile

• Willingness to learn and a positive attitude.
• Ability to meet deadlines and work independently.
• Previous housekeeping experience is preferred but not mandatory; full training will be provided.
