Penetration Tester – Hands‑on Security Testing

About the role

Integrity360 is seeking a skilled Penetration Tester to perform hands‑on security assessments across a variety of environments. You will work on complex, high‑value projects, conducting advanced manual testing, exploiting vulnerabilities, and delivering clear, actionable reports to clients.

Key responsibilities

• Execute penetration tests on web applications, APIs, mobile apps, and network infrastructure.
• Perform manual exploitation of identified vulnerabilities beyond automated scanning.
• Document findings in detailed reports with remediation recommendations.
• Collaborate with clients to explain technical results and support remediation efforts.
• Contribute to internal research, tool development, and knowledge sharing.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of practical penetration testing experience (lab, personal projects, or professional).
• Strong understanding of core security concepts such as OWASP Top 10, CVSS, and MITRE ATT&CK.
• Solid grasp of networking fundamentals, ports, protocols, and basic Windows/Linux internals.
• Good communication and documentation skills.

Required skills

• Nmap, Burp Suite, Gobuster, Metasploit, BloodHound.
• Python, Bash, PowerShell scripting.
• Manual testing techniques and vulnerability exploitation.
• Familiarity with Active Directory attacks, cloud testing basics (AWS/Azure), and source‑code review is a plus.
