People and Culture Specialist (Fixed-Term, Hybrid)

About the role

We are looking for a People and Culture Specialist to join our Dublin Site Operations team on a fixed‑term basis. Working hybrid, you will be the local HR point of contact, supporting the employee journey and fostering a vibrant community at our tech hub.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the full HR lifecycle – onboarding, relocations, probation check‑ins and exit interviews.
• Provide HR support, resolve employee queries with empathy and maintain localized self‑service knowledge articles.
• Oversee core administration including monthly payroll data entry, local benefits and standard HR processes.
• Own the site’s events calendar, internal communications and wellbeing initiatives to build a strong community culture.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of HR Operations experience, especially in payroll and benefits administration.
• Passion for culture building and experience coordinating events.
• Tech‑savvy with solid knowledge of Irish employment law.
• Highly organized, problem‑solving and empathetic communicator thriving in a fast‑moving tech environment.
