Project Engineer – Managed Services (Cork)

About the role

PM Group is seeking a Project Engineer to join its Managed Service on‑site team in Cork. You will coordinate, oversee and manage a portfolio of capital projects ranging from €100k to €15M, ensuring safe delivery from concept through handover.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver capital projects safely, on budget and on schedule.
• Develop and implement project execution strategies aligned with client standards.
• Plan, execute and track design phases through to handover.
• Maintain effective communication with clients, stakeholders and internal teams.
• Report progress, schedule and cost issues to management.
• Monitor compliance with quality, engineering and GMP standards.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of project experience.
• 3rd‑level degree in an engineering discipline, preferably mechanical.
• Experience delivering pharmaceutical or GMP‑environment projects.
• Proven full‑lifecycle project management and cost‑control skills.
