Project Manager – Large‑Scale Programme Delivery

About the role

Indra is seeking a Project Manager to lead the delivery of defined workstreams within a large‑scale programme. You will be responsible for planning, executing, and delivering projects from mobilisation through go‑live while supporting the Programme Manager to achieve overall programme outcomes.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end delivery of assigned projects/workstreams, from mobilisation to go‑live.
• Develop and maintain detailed project plans aligned with the integrated programme plan.
• Track milestones, dependencies, and critical‑path activities; manage risks, issues, and changes.
• Coordinate delivery across internal teams, external vendors, and stakeholders.
• Provide status reporting and progress updates to support programme governance.
• Ensure alignment with testing lifecycles (FAT, SAT, SIT) and support Operational Readiness Testing.
• Assist with pilot execution, go‑live activities, and transition to Business‑as‑Usual.
• Manage delivery across multiple locations and act as the interface between delivery teams and programme leadership.

Required profile

• Proven experience delivering complex projects within large programmes.
• Strong capability to manage delivery, stakeholder coordination, and complex dependencies.
• Experience with testing phases and transition activities.
