QC Microbiology Technician

About the role

Join PSC Biotech’s dynamic microbiology laboratory as a QC Microbiology Technician. You will work in a GMP‑compliant environment, performing critical testing to ensure product and environmental quality for top pharmaceutical clients.

Key responsibilities

• Apply ALCOA data‑integrity principles to all records and data.
• Conduct laboratory tests such as bioburden, environmental and WFI sampling, plate enumeration, and endotoxin analysis.
• Maintain a qualified, compliant lab space while following PPE and safety protocols.
• Draft, revise, and roll out operational procedures, training, and maintenance documents.
• Identify and report discrepancies, deviations, or non‑conformances and support investigations.
• Ensure continuous compliance with GMP and EHS guidelines.
• Participate in required training programs.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in a scientific discipline.
• 1‑2 years of experience in a GMP laboratory setting.
• Strong knowledge of GMP, GLP, aseptic techniques, and MALDI.
• Proficient computer skills and ability to produce technical documentation.
