About the role

Join TELUS International’s AI Community as a Remote Part‑time Media Search Analyst. You will evaluate search results and assess media content across music, video, books, podcasts and more, using a web‑based evaluation tool while setting your own schedule.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of diverse media tasks, including music, video, books, podcasts and home pod evaluations.
• Analyze and evaluate search outcomes for App Store content, validating query accuracy and intent.
• Research using online tools to assess relevance and purpose of task‑related information for the Irish market.
• Complete various task types such as news, audio, and relevance assessments.

Required profile

• Full professional proficiency in English.
• Resident of Ireland for at least the past year with familiarity with Irish business, media, sport, news, social media and cultural affairs.
• Possess an Apple ID email and experience with Apple products.
• Access to a secure broadband internet connection, computer and relevant software.
• Ability to work independently, adapt to innovative methodologies and pay great attention to detail.

Required skills

• Proficiency with web‑based evaluation tools.
• Experience researching and assessing digital media content.
• Familiarity with current trends in applications, music and video.
