Restaurant Team Lead

About the role

Aramark is seeking a proactive Restaurant Team Lead to oversee daily operations in a busy dining environment. You will support the management team, ensure compliance with company standards, and deliver excellent customer service.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise restaurant staff and ensure adherence to company policies and procedures.
• Conduct team meetings, provide feedback, and mentor employees through the Buddy System.
• Maintain brand presentation standards and ensure 90% compliance with health, safety, and HACCP regulations.
• Handle customer enquiries and complaints in line with service level agreements.
• Delegate tasks, monitor daily service timelines, and secure the premises at the end of each shift.
• Assist the unit manager with administrative duties and report any equipment issues.

Required profile

• Fluent English with excellent communication skills.
• Previous experience in a similar supervisory role within hospitality.
• Strong knowledge of HACCP and Health & Safety standards.
• Ability to work independently and motivate a diverse team.
