Restaurant Team Lead

About the role

Aramark is seeking a proactive Restaurant Team Lead to oversee daily operations in a busy dining environment. You will support the management team, ensure compliance with company standards, and deliver excellent customer service.

Key responsibilities

• Support the Management Team and perform supervisory duties across the restaurant.
• Ensure all team members follow company policies, health & safety, and HACCP standards.
• Assist with onboarding and training of new staff using the Buddy System.
• Conduct team meetings, provide daily performance feedback, and share best practices.
• Maintain brand presentation standards and ensure compliance with a 90% target.
• Handle customer enquiries and complaints in line with service level agreements.
• Delegate tasks, monitor daily service timelines, and secure the premises at shift end.
• Report equipment issues and support the unit manager with administrative tasks.

Required profile

• Excellent communication skills and fluency in English.
• Previous experience in a similar supervisory role is a distinct advantage.
• Strong ability to work independently and make intuitive decisions.
• Commitment to upholding health, safety, and hygiene standards.

Required skills

• Knowledge of HACCP principles.
• Understanding of Health & Safety regulations.
