Revenue Operations Manager

About the role

UTTR is seeking a Revenue Operations Manager to join its growing team. The role combines strategic planning, client partnership, and hands‑on implementation of CRM solutions for B2B SaaS customers. You will help clients optimise their revenue lifecycle across marketing, sales and customer experience.

Key responsibilities

• Work directly with clients to understand revenue goals, create project roadmaps and deliver strategic recommendations.
• Build and maintain strong partnerships with client stakeholders, aligning on milestones and measurable outcomes.
• Design and implement system architecture in HubSpot and Salesforce, including integrations and process builds.
• Oversee development and execution of marketing assets such as forms, emails and workflows.
• Produce full‑funnel reporting and actionable insights to drive performance optimisation.
• Design marketing operations processes that assess and improve impact across the funnel.
• Provide proactive, tactical support to resolve real‑time issues and maintain tech‑stack stability.

Required profile

• Strong working knowledge of HubSpot and Salesforce, able to build solutions efficiently.
• Strategic thinker who guides clients toward data‑driven decisions.
• Analytical mindset with ability to translate complex data into clear insights.
• Experience implementing attribution models and marketing‑ops processes.
• Excellent client‑facing communication and expectation management.
• Proactive problem‑solver who shares best practices with internal teams.
• Tech‑savvy with experience in B2B SaaS environments.
• High energy and curiosity; startup experience is a plus.
