Sales Engineer (French Speaker)

About the role

We are seeking a French‑speaking Sales Engineer to join a fast‑growing, AI‑driven cybersecurity team in Ireland. The role blends technical pre‑sales expertise with customer engagement, helping enterprise clients optimise security automation across cloud and on‑prem environments.

Key responsibilities

• Provide high‑quality pre‑sales technical support throughout the customer journey.
• Partner with sales teams to understand business and technical requirements and position tailored cybersecurity solutions.
• Deliver product demonstrations, technical presentations, workshops and proof‑of‑concept activities for both technical and executive audiences.
• Support sales methodology execution, CRM usage and internal operational processes.
• Collaborate with product, engineering and customer‑facing teams to ensure successful implementation.
• Act as a trusted technical advisor on cloud security, automation and security‑operations best practices.
• Represent the company at conferences, seminars and industry events.
• Provide feedback to product management on customer needs, enhancements and market trends.
• Help achieve quarterly and annual sales objectives by driving technical validation and customer confidence.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years experience in pre‑sales engineering, solutions engineering or technical consulting within SaaS cybersecurity environments.
• Fluency in French and English; Spanish is a strong advantage.
• Hands‑on experience with major public cloud platforms.
