About the role
Panda, Ireland's leading waste management company, is looking for a Sales & Retention Agent to join its growing team in Slane, Co. Meath. This dual‑skill position combines inbound and outbound telesales with customer loyalty and win‑back activities, helping the company attract new business and keep existing clients.
Key responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound sales inquiries professionally.
- Proactively contact new prospects and former customers to generate conversions and run win‑back campaigns.
- Identify at‑risk customers and propose tailored solutions to retain their business.
- Achieve and exceed individual and team targets for sales and retention.
- Use MS Office tools to manage leads, update customer data, and produce accurate reports.
- Collaborate with colleagues across departments to meet shared objectives.
- Stay informed on product knowledge and market trends to better serve customers.
Required profile
- Minimum 3 years of sales experience, preferably in telesales or retention.
- Proven success in cold calling, customer win‑backs, and inbound sales conversion.
- Strong ability to diffuse concerns and reinforce value propositions.
- Excellent written and spoken English communication skills.
- Results‑driven, self‑motivated and comfortable in a fast‑paced environment.
- Ability to commute to Slane and willingness to relocate to North Dublin within 12 months if required.
Required skills
- Proficiency with MS Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook).
