Sales Trainer – AI & Technology

About the role

We are looking for a dynamic Sales Trainer to join our fast‑growing AI and technology organization. In this role you will combine classroom facilitation, coaching, and content creation to develop high‑performing sales professionals and drive business results.

Key responsibilities

• Facilitate onboarding and continuous learning programs for new and experienced sales staff.
• Deliver engaging instructor‑led sessions, workshops, and one‑on‑one coaching.
• Design and develop training materials, e‑learning modules, assessments, and certifications.
• Conduct training needs analyses and create structured learning pathways aligned with business goals.
• Measure training effectiveness through feedback and performance metrics.
• Build strong relationships with managers, employees, and cross‑functional teams to continuously improve programs.
• Utilise Learning Management Systems (LMS) to administer courses, track participation, and generate reports.

Required profile

• Minimum 1 year experience in Training, Learning & Development, Coaching or Talent Development.
• At least 1 year experience within the Technology, AI, Cloud or Digital sector.
• Excellent presentation, communication and facilitation abilities.
• Passion for helping others learn and succeed.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification.
• Experience in sales, sales enablement or sales training is a plus.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Learning Management Systems (LMS).
• Experience creating e‑learning content and assessments.
• Ability to conduct skills‑gap analyses and recommend learning interventions.
• Familiarity with project management tools and methodologies.
