Sales Trainer – AI & Technology

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Sales Trainer to join our fast‑growing AI and technology team in Dublin. You will design, deliver and continuously improve learning programmes that develop the capabilities of new‑hire and existing sales professionals.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver engaging instructor‑led training sessions for sales teams.
• Design and develop training materials, assessments, certifications and learning resources.
• Support onboarding and ongoing development of sales professionals.
• Conduct training needs analysis and recommend appropriate learning interventions.
• Partner with managers and stakeholders to drive employee development.
• Create and manage training schedules and learning programmes.
• Measure training effectiveness and business impact.
• Utilise Learning Management Systems to administer courses and generate reports.
• Build strong relationships across leadership and sales teams.
• Continuously improve training content and delivery methods.

Required profile

• Minimum 1 year experience in Training, Learning & Development, Talent Development, Coaching or Sales Enablement.
• Minimum 1 year experience within the AI, Cloud, SaaS, Technology or Digital sector.
• Proven experience training, coaching or developing sales teams.
• Strong facilitation and presentation skills.
• Experience creating training content and learning programmes.
• Ability to analyse performance gaps and recommend effective learning solutions.
• Experience using Learning Management Systems and training tools.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
