Seasonal Operator – Production (Charleville)

About the role

We are seeking a Seasonal Operator to join our Kinisla production site in Charleville, Co. Cork. The role is full‑time and seasonal, running from mid‑January to November, with rotating day, evening and night shifts.

Key responsibilities

• Work as part of a production team to ensure smooth and efficient manufacturing processes.
• Operate machinery and equipment safely, following health and safety guidelines.
• Assist with quality control checks on ingredients and finished products.
• Maintain accurate production records and support continuous‑improvement initiatives.
• Provide flexibility for overtime and weekend work during periods of increased demand.

Required profile

• Dependable team player motivated by collaboration and adding value.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to high‑quality standards.
• Good communication skills with fluency in English.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to different areas of the site.

Required skills

• Experience operating machinery or equipment.
• Forklift operation (advantageous).
• Previous experience in a food manufacturing or related production environment is a plus.
