Senior Accountant – Manager Level (Hybrid, South Dublin)

About the role

We are seeking a Senior Accountant at manager level to join a well‑established organisation in South Dublin. Reporting to the Head of Finance, you will own key finance processes while supporting budgeting, forecasting and continuous improvement initiatives across the business.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare monthly management accounts and financial reports.
• Manage balance‑sheet reconciliations and month‑end closing activities.
• Support the preparation of annual budgets and rolling forecasts.
• Oversee payroll, VAT returns and payment runs.
• Manage cash‑flow forecasting and reporting.
• Assist with audit and statutory reporting requirements.
• Partner with budget holders to provide financial insight.
• Drive finance process improvements and system enhancements.
• Contribute to finance projects and business initiatives as required.

Required profile

• ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent professional qualification.
• Proven experience in management accounting and financial reporting.
• Demonstrated ability to provide financial analysis that supports business decisions.
