Senior Auditor – Corporate Audit Services

About the role

The Corporate Audit Services Senior Auditor will lead audit engagements, focusing on control testing and risk assessment for U.S. Bank’s subsidiary, Elavon. You will work closely with audit team management to evaluate business processes, identify key risks, and ensure controls are designed and operating effectively.

Key responsibilities

• Assist audit team management in planning audit engagements, including risk identification and business process analysis.
• Perform or supervise control testing using appropriate sampling techniques.
• Document audit work in line with internal audit policies and procedures.
• Draft audit issues, assess exposures, identify root causes, and develop cost‑effective recommendations.
• Support the reporting and wrap‑up phases by preparing audit reports.

Required profile

• Strong understanding of risk management and audit methodologies.
• Experience in planning and executing audit engagements.
• Ability to analyze business processes, key risks, and critical controls.
• Excellent written communication for drafting audit findings and recommendations.
