About the role
We are looking for a senior‑level Customer Success Manager to drive revenue and strategic growth across our high‑value enterprise portfolio in the EMEA region. You will partner with globally recognised brands, helping them scale securely, reduce fraud and navigate the evolving digital identity landscape.
Key responsibilities
- Own a portfolio of high‑value enterprise customers and act as their trusted advisor.
- Lead executive‑level conversations, uncover expansion opportunities and guide strategic roadmap discussions.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to ensure successful implementation of identity, KYC/KYB and fraud‑prevention solutions.
- Drive revenue growth through upselling, cross‑selling and renewal management.
- Represent the company in high‑stakes negotiations and maintain long‑term customer relationships.
Required profile
- Proven experience in enterprise Customer Success Management.
- Background in fintech, payments, regtech or compliance sectors.
- Familiarity with KYC/KYB, identity verification and fraud‑prevention solutions.

- Base salary up to €100 K plus OTE of €130 K–€135 K.
