Senior Designer – Freelance (6‑Month Contract)

About the role

We are looking for a highly creative Senior Designer to join our freelance/contract team for approximately six months. The role will lead and support creative client briefs, developing gifting concepts, curated merchandise collections, and thoughtful creative responses that align with client brands and gifting needs.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and support creative responses to client gifting briefs.
• Develop brand‑aligned gifting concepts, collections and clear narratives.
• Translate campaign themes, brand values and client objectives into scalable gifting experiences.
• Curate merchandise collections with strong product quality, decoration, material and finish knowledge.
• Collaborate with production and B&M teams to ensure feasibility and scalability of concepts.
• Stay informed of trends, product innovation and premium merchandise standards.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a senior designer in a fast‑paced, collaborative environment.
• Strong creative thinking combined with deep understanding of product development and merchandising.
• Ability to present creative ideas confidently to internal and external stakeholders.
• Excellent attention to detail across materials, finishes, packaging and storytelling.
