Senior Legal Administrator

About the role

You will work directly with senior practitioners on high‑profile litigation matters across the Circuit Court, High Court and Court of Appeal. The position offers a clear pathway to negotiating, attending adjudications and eventually managing significant files independently.

Key responsibilities

• Review solicitor files, pleadings and court documentation
• Draft Bills of Costs and supporting schedules
• Assist with adjudication and negotiation preparation
• Analyse professional fees, counsel fees and outlays
• Liaise with solicitors, insurers, counsel and experts
• Attend adjudications, negotiations and consultations
• Conduct legal and procedural research on costs recovery
• Work with modern legal technology and AI‑assisted systems

Required profile

• Law graduates, trainee solicitors, legal executives, paralegals, or related graduates
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Excellent attention to detail and commercial awareness
• Interest in litigation and advocacy
