Senior Manager – Platform Management

About the role

Invesco is seeking a Senior Manager to join its Platform Management team in EMEA. You will lead product change initiatives across fund launches, liquidations, mergers and regulatory projects, working closely with investment, distribution, operations, technology, legal, compliance and risk functions.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage end‑to‑end product initiatives, ensuring technical feasibility across front, middle and back‑office functions.
• Project‑manage initiatives from concept through implementation with business partners.
• Provide technical and regulatory inputs throughout the product development lifecycle.
• Identify, manage and escalate risks, issues and delays related to product changes.
• Support business areas continuously through product change and maintain the EMEA product strategy from an implementation perspective.
• Collaborate with investment and distribution teams on new product ideas and regulatory impacts.
• Lead ad‑hoc technical or regulatory projects and develop comprehensive solutions.

Required profile

• Extensive experience in the investment management or financial services sector, preferably within a product function.
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to influence cross‑functional stakeholders.
• Demonstrated ability to manage complex projects and deliver results under tight timelines.
