Senior Manufacturing Engineer – Healthcare Technology

About the role

We are looking for a Senior Manufacturing Engineer to join a leading innovator in the healthcare technology sector. In this individual contributor role you will bridge R&D and full‑scale production, driving process optimization and technology integration to achieve world‑class manufacturing standards.

Key responsibilities

• Lead technical and sustaining engineering initiatives to improve yields, efficiency and quality.
• Partner with product development teams to ensure new designs are manufacturable, cost‑effective and scalable.
• Develop new manufacturing concepts, including material selection, equipment sourcing and tooling from feasibility to hand‑over.
• Create and implement Statistical Process Control (SPC) frameworks and use deep data analysis for continuous improvement.
• Manage end‑to‑end technical projects, influencing internal and external stakeholders to meet strategic goals.
