Senior PMO Consultant – Portfolio & Executive Program Management

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Senior PMO Consultant to lead a portfolio of high‑priority strategic initiatives for a European consumer‑products enterprise. This hands‑on consulting engagement focuses on cross‑functional execution, executive visibility, and governance across multiple workstreams.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain integrated project plans for multiple strategic initiatives.
• Track cross‑functional dependencies, identify risks, and proactively escalate issues.
• Prepare concise executive updates, dashboards, presentations, and decision‑making materials.
• Maintain portfolio‑level visibility of milestones, deliverables, and workstream progress.
• Establish governance processes, meeting cadences, action logs, and reporting mechanisms.
• Partner with senior leadership to solve complex business challenges and recommend practical solutions.
• Drive execution to keep projects on track and ensure stakeholder alignment.

Required profile

• Significant experience in program management, portfolio management, strategic operations, consulting, or business transformation.
• Proven track record supporting executive leadership in large, matrixed organizations.
• Exceptional organizational, communication, and stakeholder‑management abilities.
• Strong problem‑solving skills with experience identifying risks, dependencies, and trade‑offs.
• Ability to manage multiple workstreams simultaneously.

Required skills

• Advanced proficiency with Microsoft PowerPoint.
• Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Excel.
