Senior Procurement Specialist – Indirect Procurement Executive

About the role

This senior position leads the indirect procurement function for a fast‑growing organisation in South Dublin. You will work closely with senior internal stakeholders to source, negotiate and manage contracts for non‑production goods and services that keep the business running smoothly.

Key responsibilities

• Manage procurement activities across indirect spend categories such as facilities management, IT services, professional services, utilities and office supplies.
• Source suppliers, obtain quotes and negotiate pricing, contracts and service agreements.
• Build and maintain strong supplier relationships to ensure quality, delivery and service standards.
• Identify cost‑saving opportunities and support procurement efficiency initiatives.
• Conduct supplier evaluations and performance reviews.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand purchasing needs and specifications.

Required profile

• Degree in Business, Supply Chain, Procurement, Finance or a related field.
• 2–5 years of experience in procurement, sourcing or supply‑chain roles.
• Proven experience managing indirect procurement categories.
• Strong negotiation, communication and stakeholder‑management abilities.
