Senior Procurement Specialist – Indirect Procurement Executive

About the role

This senior position leads the indirect procurement function, working closely with senior internal stakeholders to source and manage goods and services that support day‑to‑day operations. The role is based in South Dublin and offers a hybrid work model.

Key responsibilities

• Manage procurement activities for indirect spend categories such as facilities, IT services, professional services, utilities and office supplies.
• Source suppliers, obtain quotes and negotiate pricing, contracts and service agreements.
• Build and maintain strong supplier relationships to ensure quality, delivery and service standards.
• Identify cost‑saving opportunities and support procurement efficiency initiatives.
• Conduct supplier evaluations and performance reviews.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand purchasing needs and specifications.

Required profile

• Degree in Business, Supply Chain, Procurement, Finance or a related field.
• 2–5 years of experience in procurement, sourcing or supply chain roles, with a focus on indirect categories.
• Full driver’s licence.
