Senior Project Manager – Wealth Transformation

About the role

Albany Beck is expanding its Change & Transformation practice and seeks a Senior Project Manager to join a large‑scale wealth management transformation programme for a leading financial services client. The role is hybrid, based in Dublin, and requires hands‑on delivery leadership across both business process and CRM technology workstreams.

Key responsibilities

• Provide project management leadership across key transformation workstreams, driving delivery, ownership and accountability.
• Maintain momentum in a fast‑paced environment, supporting programme replanning and execution.
• Align platform capabilities with operational business processes, bridging CRM technology teams and business stakeholders.
• Oversee process transformation activities such as client onboarding, reviews, change in circumstances, complaints handling, vulnerability management, AML/EDD, and client communications.
• Coordinate external contractors and process‑focused resources, ensuring high‑quality deliverables across parallel workstreams.
• Track delivery progress, risks, issues and dependencies, providing regular updates to senior stakeholders and programme leadership.

Required profile

• Significant experience managing large‑scale transformation programmes in wealth management or financial services.
• Proven ability to operate across business process and CRM technology domains.
• Strong stakeholder management skills, capable of influencing senior leaders.
• Hands‑on, delivery‑focused mindset with a track record of meeting tight timelines.
