Senior Recruiter / Talent Acquisition Specialist (Construction Sector)

About the role

Turner & Townsend is looking for a proactive Senior Recruiter to lead talent acquisition for its fast‑growing European infrastructure business. Based in Dublin, you will attract and hire project managers, cost managers and project controls specialists for high‑profile construction projects.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and execute the full recruitment lifecycle for assigned roles.
• Identify, source and engage active candidates across the construction market.
• Maintain accurate data in the SmartRecruiters ATS and ensure process compliance.
• Partner with programme, country and regional stakeholders to understand short‑, mid‑ and long‑term hiring needs.
• Collaborate with the wider recruitment team, providing coaching, mentoring and, where required, line‑management.
• Ensure compliance with CI and EDI standards throughout the European recruitment process.

Required profile

• Minimum 7 years of recruiting or talent‑acquisition experience, preferably within construction or professional services.
• Demonstrated success hiring project managers, cost managers or project controls specialists.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Fluent English; additional European languages are a plus.
• Passion for finding top talent in a challenging, fast‑paced environment.
