Senior Store Manager – Premium Retail

About the role

We are seeking a passionate Senior Store Manager to lead our flagship premium retail store in Dublin. You will be responsible for creating an exceptional customer journey, building high‑performing teams, and driving commercial results in a service‑led environment.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and develop the store team to deliver outstanding customer service and meet sales targets.
• Drive performance across key KPIs such as conversion, average transaction value (ATV) and units per transaction (UPT).
• Maintain high standards of visual merchandising, store presentation and operational excellence.
• Analyse store performance data, identify improvement opportunities and implement action plans.
• Manage rotas, payroll, stock control and overall store operations.
• Handle customer enquiries professionally and ensure a positive shopping experience.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a Store Manager, Senior Store Manager, Flagship Manager or Multi‑Site Manager in a fast‑paced retail setting.
• Strong leadership and coaching abilities with a track record of developing high‑performing teams.
• Commercially aware with deep understanding of retail KPIs and store performance metrics.
• Hands‑on, front‑line leadership style and ability to motivate staff.
• Ambitious mindset with potential to progress to an Area Manager role.
