About the role
The SEO & Web Analytics Manager is a senior individual contributor responsible for driving organic growth and improving digital performance, with a strong focus on lead and pipeline generation for a B2B software business.
Key responsibilities
- Own the organic search roadmap, covering technical SEO, on‑page optimization, content recommendations and internal linking.
- Define and deliver quarterly SEO growth plans aligned with product lines, solutions and regional priorities.
- Manage keyword and topic strategies, content briefs and competitive analysis using SEMrush.
- Partner with Web Development and platform teams to implement technical SEO improvements in Drupal environments, including templates, schema, modules, structured data, XML sitemaps, redirects, canonical tags and hreflang.
- Maintain site health, crawlability, Core Web Vitals and duplicate‑content governance across large‑scale websites.
- Own GA4 configuration, event taxonomy, conversion definitions, channel grouping and data‑quality governance.
- Ensure consistent tracking of key user journeys such as downloads, demo requests, webinars and partner referrals.
- Build and maintain dashboards that connect SEO and web performance to engagement and conversion outcomes.
- Provide recurring executive reporting with trends, insights, risks and actionable recommendations.
- Serve as primary owner of Google Search Console, GA4, SEMrush and related SEO tools, creating repeatable reporting frameworks and SOPs.
Required profile
- 6‑8+ years of experience in SEO and web analytics, preferably in B2B software or technology.
- Hands‑on experience working in Drupal, including templates, modules, content models, redirects and metadata.
- Advanced expertise with GA4, event design, conversions, funnels and troubleshooting.
- Strong knowledge of Google Search Console for indexation, enhancements and performance analysis.
- Proficiency with SEMrush for research, audits and competitive analysis.
- Experience building executive dashboards in Looker Studio.
- Proven ability to translate data into insights and drive cross‑functional execution.
