Service Technician / Automotive Mechanic in Dublin

About the role

Join Tesla’s Service team in Dublin as a Service Technician / Automotive Mechanic. You will work on cutting‑edge electric vehicles, using Tesla‑specific software and advanced tools to deliver high‑quality service to our customers.

Key responsibilities

• Perform repairs, maintenance and upgrades on all Tesla vehicle models, both independently and under supervision as needed.
• Inspect vehicles thoroughly before return or pre‑delivery to ensure they meet the highest quality standards.
• Collaborate with local and regional teams to share best practices and continuously improve the service experience.
• Participate in in‑house training programs to stay current with Tesla technology and electric‑vehicle repair techniques.

Required profile

• Professional experience in vehicle service and repair within automotive, aviation, marine or similar industries.
• Relevant certification for vehicle repairs is a plus but not mandatory; self‑driven technical development is expected.
• Strong written and spoken English communication skills.
• Full Irish driver’s licence and willingness to work flexible shifts, including weekends and evenings.
• Readiness to travel for mobile repairs when required.
