About the role

The SMB Field Marketing Manager for the French market will own end‑to‑end marketing strategy, planning and execution for the Small and Medium Business segment in France. Working closely with local sales leadership, you will shape and deliver customer‑facing programs that drive pipeline and revenue growth.

Key responsibilities

  • Define and implement an integrated marketing plan for the SMB segment in France, focusing on new customer acquisition and expansion.
  • Develop and execute multi‑channel, full‑funnel campaigns covering brand awareness, content creation, digital marketing, sales prospecting, executive engagement, events and tradeshows.
  • Collaborate with French SMB sales, Sales Development and regional marketing teams to align go‑to‑market strategy.
  • Partner with sales to provide toolkits, templates and campaign timelines, ensuring seamless execution across the funnel.
  • Own and track SMB marketing KPIs, pipeline and revenue metrics, continuously optimizing for efficiency and scale.

Required profile

  • Proven experience in field or demand‑generation marketing within the SMB segment.
  • Strong ability to work in a matrixed, multi‑stakeholder environment and drive cross‑functional alignment.
  • Results‑oriented mindset with accountability for pipeline and revenue outcomes.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
