Software Engineer (Junior to Senior)

About the role

Learnosity is seeking Software Engineers at junior, mid and senior levels to help build its new Workforce product. The role involves turning AI‑driven ideas into production‑ready features that will impact millions of learners worldwide.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with product, design and data teams to define and deliver AI‑enhanced assessment solutions.
• Design, develop and ship software components from concept to release.
• Validate complex functionality with real‑world data and iterate to improve performance.
• Engage with stakeholders across the organization, including senior leadership, to align technical decisions with business goals.
• Participate in all stages of the product lifecycle, from ideation and user‑story refinement to deployment and monitoring.

Required profile

• Passion for leveraging technology to transform education.
• Enthusiasm for applying AI to solve challenging problems in learning assessment.
• Ability to work across the organization, from the CEO to product teams.
• Hands‑on mindset, willing to dive into both high‑level design and detailed implementation.
