Software Engineer – M365 Collaboration Platforms

About the role

We are looking for a Software Engineer to design, build, and operate enterprise‑scale Microsoft 365 collaboration platforms, with a focus on SharePoint Online and OneDrive. The role involves enhancing performance, reliability and scalability of document storage services and automating platform management.

Key responsibilities

• Design, build and operate SharePoint Online and OneDrive services at enterprise scale.
• Improve performance, reliability and scalability of document storage and collaboration.
• Automate workflows and platform management using PowerShell and other scripting tools.
• Collaborate with engineering teams to integrate M365 services with broader cloud infrastructure.
• Contribute to system design and architecture decisions ensuring high availability and security.
• Support migration, modernization and governance initiatives within an Agile/DevOps framework.

Required profile

• Strong expertise in Microsoft 365, especially SharePoint Online and OneDrive.
• 5+ years of experience with M365 and Azure.
• Solid understanding of systems engineering fundamentals such as networking, storage and operating systems.
• Experience designing or architecting systems with focus on reliability and scaling.
• Proficiency in at least one modern programming language (e.g., C++, C#, Java, Python, Golang, PowerShell, Ruby).
• Experience working in an Agile environment.
