Store Manager – Food Service

About the role

This full‑time, on‑site position will lead the daily operations of Smaak Friet’s first Dublin outlet, set to open in September 2026. The Store Manager is responsible for delivering an exceptional customer experience, managing labour costs, and maintaining optimal inventory levels.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee all day‑to‑day store activities and ensure smooth service flow.
• Manage staffing schedules, labour budgets and control costs.
• Maintain high standards of customer service and satisfaction.
• Monitor inventory, order supplies and keep stock levels accurate.
• Implement loss‑prevention measures to minimise retail shrinkage.
• Lead, motivate and develop the store team.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and health‑safety regulations.
• Track financial performance and report key metrics.

Required profile

• Strong focus on customer service and satisfaction.
• Experience managing a team in a food‑service or retail environment (QSR experience is a plus).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Organisational and problem‑solving abilities to handle operational challenges.
• A genuine passion for food and creating memorable experiences.
