Strategic Support Consultant

About the role

LinkedIn is looking for a Strategic Support Consultant to join its Talent Solutions team in Dublin. You will act as an engagement champion, delivering exceptional post‑sale technical support and helping clients achieve their business goals.

Key responsibilities

• Provide dedicated, multichannel support to LinkedIn Talent Solutions clients.
• Maintain high client‑satisfaction and responsiveness metrics.
• Partner with Sales, Customer Success and other stakeholders to understand client needs and challenges.
• Analyse client accounts and advise on product features, licensing and best practices.
• Attend meetings with admins and license holders to deliver technical assistance.
• Document all interactions accurately and ensure proper escalation of issues.

Required profile

• Fluency in English.
• At least 2 years of experience in LinkedIn Talent Solutions (LTS) support or a similar technical support role.
• Strong communication skills and ability to manage a book of accounts.
• Preferred: fluency in another EU language and experience across multiple LinkedIn product specialisations.
