Talent Acquisition Consultant – Multiple Recruiting Contracts in Dublin

About the role

We are looking for experienced recruiters to join a leading global tech brand in Dublin on a contract basis. Two positions are open: an Early Careers Recruiter (6‑month contract) focused on university talent, and a Full‑Cycle Recruiter (12‑month contract) handling Sales and Customer Success hiring.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end‑to‑end recruitment for interns, apprentices and graduates, from sourcing to offer.
• Partner with hiring managers and university contacts to drive talent pipelines.
• Own full‑cycle recruitment for Sales and Customer Success roles, including passive sourcing, candidate assessment and offer negotiation.
• Maintain accurate records in the applicant tracking system and provide regular hiring metrics.
• Ensure a positive candidate experience and uphold the employer brand.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of recruitment experience for the Early Careers role; 4 + years of full‑cycle recruiting for the Sales/Customer Success role.
• Strong candidate management and stakeholder communication skills.
• Experience in early‑career or graduate recruitment is a plus for the first role.
• Ability to work independently and hit the ground running.
• Comfortable influencing senior and executive stakeholders.

Required skills

• Proficiency with an Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
