About the role
Camfil is expanding its Talent Acquisition function across Europe, the Middle East and Africa. As a Talent Acquisition Partner you will own the end‑to‑end recruitment process for multiple countries, advising hiring managers and contributing to strategic hiring initiatives.
Key responsibilities
- Lead full‑cycle recruitment for assigned business areas and EMEA locations, from role briefing to offer and onboarding.
- Build trusted advisory relationships with hiring managers, providing market insights and talent strategies.
- Design and execute targeted sourcing campaigns for hard‑to‑fill and high‑impact roles such as sales and niche IT positions.
- Support senior and leadership hiring through direct sourcing, networking and talent community engagement.
- Participate in regional Talent Acquisition projects to improve processes, technology, candidate experience and employer branding.
- Track recruitment metrics, analyse trends and recommend improvements.
- Ensure a positive experience for candidates and hiring managers through clear communication and timely updates.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition, preferably within a multinational environment.
- Strong stakeholder management and ability to influence hiring decisions.
