About the role
We are looking for a customer‑centric Talent Delivery Recruiter to lead the end‑to‑end hiring process for interns, apprentices and graduate candidates. You will work closely with our Talent Attraction team and hiring managers to ensure a smooth, data‑driven recruitment journey that aligns with our global growth objectives.
Key responsibilities
- Manage the full interview, selection and offer lifecycle for intern, apprentice and graduate roles.
- Partner with Talent Attraction to identify and engage top‑tier talent.
- Coach candidates and hiring managers throughout the hiring process, providing timely feedback and data insights.
- Maintain and report on recruitment KPIs, pipeline health and quarterly hiring targets.
- Collaborate with Centre of Excellence leads to ensure efficient and strategic hiring practices.
Required profile
- Minimum 3 years of demonstrable experience in talent acquisition or related HR functions.
- Strong customer‑centric mindset with a proven ability to build relationships with stakeholders at all levels, including senior executives.
- Data‑driven approach with experience in KPI and pipeline management.
- Excellent communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills.
- Demonstrated coaching ability and results‑oriented track record.
- Adaptable to fast‑paced, changing priorities.
- Fluent in English.
