Tax Senior – Global Mobility & Employment Tax Specialist

About the role

Join a leading advisory and accountancy firm in Ireland as a Tax Senior focused on global mobility and employment tax. You will work within a dynamic tax department that values professional development and collaborative teamwork, supporting multinational clients on complex expatriate and cross‑border tax matters.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver high‑quality tax compliance and consultancy for expatriate tax, international employee mobility, and cross‑border payroll.
• Provide advisory services on PAYE, social security, share plans, short‑term business travel, and immigration tax challenges.
• Support project coordination, resource planning, and client‑facing engagements.
• Collaborate with internal functions to design seamless employment tax strategies.
• Assist in proposal preparation, technical research, and business development for mobility tax services.
• Mentor and train junior staff while continuing your own professional growth.

Required profile

• Progress toward a recognised tax qualification (AITI CTA preferred); accountancy designations such as ACA or ACCA are advantageous.
• Relevant experience in employment tax, expatriate tax, or global mobility tax issues.
• Hands‑on experience with tax compliance and advisory on international assignments.
• Strong communication, organisational abilities and attention to detail.
• Interest in developing expertise in employment tax, international payroll, and global mobility advisory.
